family...

Last night around 10:30pm my mom rounded into town. She and my sister drove from Minnesota. Actually my little sister flew from Atlanta to Minneapolis just to drive back with her. If she wouldn't have done that my mom would have not made the trip. Thanks sis you are amazing! Along with my mom and sister was my niece and nephew from Texas. The only person missing from the picture was my dad. He was unable to make the trip down here this time. Anyway I took my mom up to our church in Dahlonega. It was a really cool moment between me and my mom as we dreamed together and talked about what God has done and what He's doing. After the grand tour and the dream session I drove her, nephew, and niece around the humassive city of Dahlonega. All in all it was an awesome morning in Dahlonega. I can't wait until Sunday! It's going to be freakin' awesome!

Long Night...

It was a long night. Our son woke up around 3 in the morning burning up. He had a 103.5 temperture freaked us out. Yesterday my wife took our son to his doctors and we found out he had an ear infection and a viral infection and on top of that he's cutting teeth. I hate when my little boy is sick:(. Anyway after calling the doc this morning I gave my son a bath it was actually pretty fun. For having a 103.5 he was doing pretty good, but then he pooped in his bath water...not gonna lie that was pretty gross. After cleaning up the mess we took another bath. The great thing was his temperature came down after a while. After some meds and a bottle he finally fell asleep sometime after 5am. The joys of being parents. Please pray for our son he still had a temp of 102.3 at 10am.....oh crap......actually he just threw up everywhere! He's okay now he's looking and acting alot better now. It's always nice to have vomit moment! Thanks for the prayers!!!

First and Last pair...

This Christmas was my son's first Christmas and he hit the mother load! He got everything from his first teddy bear to clothes to all kinds of toys including a bango that speaks in english and spanish and finally to his first pair air jordan. My baby sister (his Tia "aunt") got my 7 month a pair of air jordan. It's amazing to me how Jordan is still this HUGE icon. I remember the days when air jordans came out and everybody wanted a pair but they were so freaken expensive so only the rich kids got them. It's amazing how things don't change. I was so happy for my big boy but I let him know that this was his first and last pair of jordans.

I'm really thinking about bronzing them when he out grows them:)
